Effective immediately, the practice of no-cost disposal of bulky waste (i.e., mattresses, couches, chairs) by Bar Harbor customers at Eastern Maine Recycling in Southwest Harbor is discontinued, per Town Council on 5/21/2019. Fees will be applied by EMR.
